CEP Joint Women's Committee Donates $1,000 to Sage House

At a Bud, Spud and Steak held in June at the Tijuana Yacht Club, the Sisters of Locals 7 and 830 raised $1,000.00 for Sage House.

Sage House is a Street Women's Health, Outreach and Resource Service which provides a wide variety of services to women and transgenders living as women. Sage House works towards improving the health and safety of street-involved women by providing them with health education and medical care on site.

Outreach workers connect women with resources - education, addictions treatment, welfare, housing, child and family support and harm reduction information.
