Children's Christmas Party Popular Event

On Sunday, November 26 over 160 children and parents attended the annual CEP Locals 7 and 830's Children's Christmas Party. They were entertained by a clown, story-teller, ventriloquist and a puppet show.

The ventriloquist brought along his friend Louie, the clown made many balloon animals and the story teller enthralled the children with his stories. Percy the puppet had the children trying to feed him with a volley of marshmallows, one of Percy's favourite foods.

Following the entertainment, and pizza, cookies and ice cream, the children had a special visitor - Santa Claus. He saw each child and asked them what they wanted for Christmas. Of course, he reminded everyone to be good since he'd be watching them - not just at Christmas but throughout the year.

The CEP Children's Christmas Party is growing each year. The executive hopes to see as many members and their children as possible at next year's party.
